Below are some tips for accessing the Employer Account Information section, as well as information regarding the login process.

  • You must enter your employer number, user I.D. and password to access your employer account.
  • Passwords must contain at least seven, but no more than eight, alpha-numeric characters.
  • Passwords are case sensitive. Check that the caps lock key is turned off before typing in your password.
  • If you have lost/forgotten your password, or need to unlock your online access to your employer account, please see your school’s password administrator.

    If you are the password administrator, contact Employer Reporting at report@strsoh.org.

Note: In the past STRS Ohio has directed users to a secure page before asking them to login. The new Employer Web Site allows employers to log into the secure site from any page on the site. However, the login process is still secure and your employer number, user I.D. and password are still encrypted before they are sent to STRS Ohio.
