Our dedicated team of member service representatives is available to answer
your questions. They can provide you with information, publications
and forms; assist with problems; make appointments; and offer follow-up support.

Toll-Free Information Line
The STRS Ohio Information Line offers 24-hour access to recorded messages about
retirement benefits for members participating in the Defined Benefit Plan, as
well as member services available to all STRS Ohio members. In addition, several
information brochures and forms may be requested through the line’s Automated
Ordering System. Anyone with a touch-tone telephone can call 1-800-365-3469
(toll-free) to access messages or request items.
E-mail
You can ask questions and request publications or benefit estimates through
e-mail. Please note that e-mail submissions
on this site are unsecured, so only include your name and the last four digits
of your Social Security number with your message.
