STRS Ohio also publishes a newsletter, SmartTALK, for participants in the Defined Contribution and Combined Plans that contains news and information related to their retirement plan. STRS Ohio also publishes a monthly (except for July) legislative newsletter that discusses local, state and federal issues that may impact the pension fund.
