ESS to Change Online Reporting Process |
In December, the way you do online STRS Ohio-related business will change when Employer Self Service — or ESS for short — is launched.
The new ESS site will replace the current secure Employer Account Information area of our Web site when a new database system, STaRS, is implemented at STRS Ohio.
The ESS site is a brand-new secure site. Although many of the tasks you currently complete online will remain available, the way you complete these tasks will change along with the way you navigate the site. To help with the switch to ESS, STRS Ohio has developed training that provides step-by-step instructions for all of the ESS applications. State Teachers Retirement Board Rules Updated
Recently some of the Retirement Board Rules were updated, while a few new ones were added and two rules were rescinded.
