Annual Reporting
Annual Report Instructions for
Employers Using Online, Electronic Transfer
Employers submitting online reports will receive the
following materials:
- Recap Sheet that provides summary information and certification of the Annual Report.
- Instructions for completing and submitting the report.
Employers using electronic transfer or tape transmittal will receive the following materials:
- Annual reporting record layout;
- Recap Sheet that provides summary information and certification of the Annual Report; and
- Instructions for completing and submitting the report.
Employers reporting by electronic transfer or tape transmittal are asked to provide mailing addresses for each member and reemployed retiree. These addresses will be used to update member accounts in STRS Ohio files where no address currently exists and to expedite the mailing of annual member statements of account.
Reports submitted using electronic transfer must be in the 
Record
Layout format. Logons and passwords are available from STRS
Ohio for this option.
