Joint Retirement with OPERS/SERS
Credit in STRS Ohio, the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) and the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) may be combined to qualify for disability benefits under either disability program, unless you are a member of the Combined Plan.
