Employers Manual Disability Benefit Program Benefit Calculations Disability Allowance Program: Depending on the number of years of service, the disability payment ranges from a minimum of 45% to a maximum of 60% of FAS. The monthly payment is determined by multiplying FAS by 2.2% per year of service credit and dividing this amount by 12.
