Toll-Free Information Line
The STRS Ohio Information Line offers 24-hour access to recorded messages about retirement benefits for members participating in the Defined Benefit Plan, as well as member services available to all STRS Ohio members. In addition, several information brochures and forms may be requested through the line’s Automated Ordering System. Anyone with a touch-tone telephone can call 1-800-365-3469 (toll-free) to access messages or request items.
