Brooks Named as Joint Appointee of House Speaker and Senate President to Retirement Board

On Dec. 16, 2008, Craig Brooks was named to the State Teachers Retirement Board as the joint appointee of Ohio Senate President Bill Harris and Speaker Jon Husted of the Ohio House of Representatives. His four-year term will end on Nov. 4, 2012. This appointment continues Brooks’ involvement on the board; he has been serving as the appointee of the Treasurer of the State of Ohio since Jan. 5, 2007, when he was named to complete the four-year term begun by Stephen Buser.
