Beginning in January 2015, STRS Ohio will mail a monthly Statement of Open Transactions to employers with open transactions on their account. This statement is not an invoice. Instead, it is intended to notify you of amounts due or credits on your account that have not yet been applied. You will receive a monthly statement only if you have open transactions on your account. A sample statement is below for your reference. If you do not see the image, click here.
An insert titled, Understanding Your Statement of Open Transactions, will be included with the January statement. This reference sheet, which explains each section of the statement and provides brief descriptions of transaction types, can also be accessed on the STRS Ohio Employer Website under "Instructions & Guidebooks."
