Annual Reports Due Aug. 7; Employers Manual Updates Available

As a reminder, if you have not yet submitted your annual report, please make plans to ensure STRS Ohio receives it by Friday, Aug. 7. No extensions will be granted.

To check the submission status of your report, please log in to ESS and select “Employer Reports” in the Application Menu. On the Work Reports screen, select “Annual” in the Report Source column. If “Submitted” or “Complete” appear in the Work Report Status column, STRS Ohio has received your report. If the report is not listed, it has not been submitted electronically. (Reports listed in “Initial” status have not been submitted using ESS.).

If you have questions about completing your report, visit the Annual Reporting Resource Center on our website or call your annual reporting representative toll-free at 888‑535‑4050.

Additionally, the Employers Manual has been revised to reflect annual changes. The manual can be viewed on our website. If you want to update your printed copy, please print the July 1, 2015 Employers Manual Updates PDF and replace the old pages with the new ones. A chart highlighting the revised pages is included in the PDF.
