Pay Date Schedules Due June 10

As we approach the end of the school year, STRS Ohio is busy preparing for next year’s payroll reports. Knowing your school’s pay dates helps us track the submission of payroll reports and allows us to alert you when we haven't received an expected report.

Please provide us with a schedule of your school's pay dates for the period beginning July 1, 2016, and ending June 30, 2017.

This year, we are requesting that you complete a fillable PDF of the pay date schedule and submit it via secure file upload by June 10, 2016.

To complete the Pay Date Schedule, enter the required information at the top of the form by clicking on the fields. Then, using the monthly calendars, click on your pay dates for each month. A check mark will appear over the dates you select. After you've selected all pay dates for the year, save the file to your computer.

Please submit the saved PDF using secure file upload on our employer website. To do so, simply enter your four-digit STRS Ohio employer number, then “Click to Upload” to locate your saved PDF file on your computer. Once found, highlight the file and click “Open” to send.

If you prefer not to use the fillable PDF, you can send a separate schedule of your choosing. Be sure to include your four-digit STRS Ohio employer number on your schedule. Please fax it to 614‑227‑7893 or use secure file upload to submit a PDF copy of it.
