As a reminder, if you have not yet submitted your annual report, please make plans to ensure STRS Ohio receives it by Friday, Aug. 4. No extensions will be granted.
If you submit your annual report using ESS, you can check the submission status by selecting "Employer Reports" in the Application Menu. On the Work Reports screen, select "Annual" in the Report Source column. If "Submitted" or "Complete" appear in the Works Report Status column, STRS Ohio has received your report. (Reports listed in "Initial" status have not been submitted).
If your annual report is submitted via secure file upload or through an Information Technology Center, you can access a copy of your report in the Employer Reports section of ESS once it is processed and reflects a "Complete" status.

Additionally, the Employers Manual has been revised to reflect annual changes. The manual can be viewed on our website. If you want to update your printed copy, please print the revised pages for July 2017 and replace the old pages with the new ones. A chart highlighting the revised pages is included in the PDF.
