Secure Document Uploader
You can securely upload electronic versions of STRS Ohio forms and other required documents through the Secure Document Uploader in your Online Personal Account. The files uploaded must be either a PDF or TIFF. Documents STRS Ohio will accept through this uploader include:

STRS Ohio will investigate all credible reports of suspected fraud, waste, theft or abuse and may pursue prosecution or other legal action if it finds evidence that fraud, waste, theft or abuse may have occurred.
Suspected fraud, waste, theft or abuse can be reported by calling the STRS Ohio Fraud Reporting line toll-free at 800‑677‑4038 or by sending the information in an email to [email protected].
STRS Ohio will not retaliate against any person/entity for making a report in good faith. Baseless allegations, made with disregard for truth or accuracy, or frivolous complaints will not be tolerated. People making such allegations may be subject to legal actions by the individuals accused of fraudulent conduct.
