Direct Debit Setup
Setting up a direct debit account in ESS is easy and convenient. Direct debit is STRS Ohio’s preferred payment method. Payment processing time is reduced, and employers are able to track payment history and details in ESS. Only treasurers and main contacts have access to set up account information. To request access for other personnel, the treasurer or main contact should log in to ESS, click on “Request Access” in the Additional Tools menu and complete the online form.
