How do I change my name, mailing address, phone number and/or email?

Log in to your Online Personal Account and then click the “change” button under the Contact Information section.

How do I view my current beneficiary?

Log in to your Online Personal Account and then click the “Member Information” tab. Your beneficiary information is listed under the Account Information section.

How do I update my beneficiary?

Log in to your Online Personal Account, click the “Member Information” tab and then click “Update My Beneficiaries” under the Useful Links section.

How do I know which retirement plan I am in?

Log in to your Online Personal Account and then click the “Member Information” tab. Your retirement plan is listed under the Account Information section.

Where can I find my current service credit?

DB and CO Plan members can log in to their Online Personal Account and then click the “Member Information” tab. Your service credit is listed under the Account Information section. Service credit is always as of the preceding June 30th.

DB Defined Benefit and CO Combined Plan only

How do I view my Annual Statement of Account?

DB and CO Plan members can log in to their Online Personal Account, click the “Member Information” tab and then click “View Account Statement” under the Annual Statement of Account as of June 30 section. The Annual Statement will always be as of the preceding June 30th.

DC Plan members can view their quarterly statement by logging in to their account with Nationwide Retirement Solutions.

How can I view my earnings, service credit and employment history?

Log in to your Online Personal Account, click the “Member Information” tab and then click “View Service Credit History” under the Useful Links section.

How do I view important documents?

Log in to your Online Personal Account and then click “My Documents” under the Useful Links section.

How do I upload documents?

Log in to your Online Personal Account and then click “Upload Documents” under the Useful Links section.

How do I schedule a meeting?

Log in to your Online Personal Account and then click the “Schedule a Meeting” tab.

How do I view my account withdrawal value?

DB Plan members can log in to their Online Personal Account, click the “Member Information” tab and then click “View Account Withdrawal Value” under the Useful Links section.
