How Do I Estimate My Retirement Benefit?

Knowing the estimated amount of your retirement benefit is an important element of retirement planning and can help you project supplemental savings you may need for retirement expenses.

Obtain your estimate using the service retirement calculator in your Online Personal Account. This calculator populates with your current STRS Ohio account information. You can prepare more than one estimate to evaluate various retirement dates or scenarios.

To get started:

Log in to your account.
Select “Calculators” from the top menu.
Click on “Service Retirement.”

Your estimate will be saved to the “Documents” area of your online account.
