Retirement Board Issues Request for Proposals for a Governance Consultant

The STRS Ohio Retirement Board (“Board”) has issued a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified board governance consultants. The Retirement Board is interested in engaging a governance consultant to assist in the continued review and implementation of fiduciary performance audit recommendations, provide general governance consulting services and direct a review and update of the STRS Ohio strategic plan.

To be considered, proposals must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] no later than June 28, 2024, by 5 p.m. Eastern time. The RFP can be viewed on the STRS Ohio website. Responses to submitted questions can be viewed on the STRS Ohio website.
