Public meeting notice for May 15–16, 2024

The State Teachers Retirement Board and committee meetings will be held at the STRS Ohio offices, 275 E. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Level A of the STRS Ohio parking garage will be available for visitors to park free of charge. If those spaces are filled, nearby public surface lots, parking meters and garages are available for a fee.

Itinerary

The Retirement Board meeting will come to order on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and begin with a Governance Presentation & Board Policy Discussion. The Retirement Board meeting will resume on Thursday, May 16, 2024, with Approval of Committee Charters & Reports, followed by Health Care Discussion, Report from the Investment Department, Executive Director’s Report, Public Participation, Review of Performance-Based Incentive Policy, Report from the Finance Department, Benefit Discussion, routine matters, old business, new business and any other matters requiring attention.

Preliminary meeting materials will be available 48 hours before the meeting and final meeting materials will be available approximately 30 minutes before the meeting starts.

Upcoming meetings

The State Teachers Retirement Board meets monthly (with the exception of January and July) at the STRS Ohio offices in Columbus. Meetings are open to the public. While the Retirement Board generally meets on the third Thursday and Friday of the month, the meeting dates are subject to change. Additional meetings may also be added.
